and before you start it is possible to sh!t standing up.

No. The toilet bowl was invented so people would not have to go out in all kinds of weather to use a stinking outhouse! Duh! And how would toilets be convenient for women when they are usually the ones who have to clean them and wipe off the seat when a lazy man dribbles everywhere? Try using an outhouse for a while and then see how convenient your toilet bowl is.

sure it's possible to defacate standing up but is it really as convenient??? Many places in the world don't have toilets. You have to squat over a hole. So I think the toilet was invented for all, regardless of gender, for convenience.

if it was it wasnt done very well! wheres the point in making it uni sex?
why not have a male loo and a female loo: the female one would be one you dont have to touch (women who have to use public loos will know exactly what I mean by this and the excess usage of loo roll to prevent the seat ever comming into contact with your skin) and would smell better, look better and feel better to use, it wouldnt gather limescale and wouldnt scare small children whom you are trying to potty train.
Mens loos on the other hand would be again self cleaning, but to a greater extent as 'spillages' seem to happen at a greater rate, would fold away so they dont have to be looked at and would not involve a toilet seat!

just because it's possible to #2 standing up, it doesn't mean it is comfortable. Remember that a man invented the Bra and a man invented the toilet bowl and plumbing.... it's all for men, you know.... women are just too pigheaded and selfish to play nice with the toilet bowl

It's possible but it is probably messy and harder to do... god imagine if you had diarrhea, there would be sh!t EVERYWHERE, down your leg, in your pants... i shutter at the thought. Guys need the toilet bowl too no matter how much you don't want to admit it

its possible to sh*t standing up but who would want to. it might land on your foot or somethin its not like pissing where it goes like out in front of you or whatever.
