Probably because A-George combined with B-black.
Georgia is a pretty backwards state when it comes to sexual attitudes. The supreme court initially upheld Georgia's sodomy statute, but later (wisely) reversed itself.
On the other hand, I know a white guy who spent three years in prison for having sex with a 16 year old girl--three years younger than he. When he got out they got married, and have been living happily ever after, about 20 years now.
This particular case is grossly unfair, but again--Georgia Rules.

because that is the law, if you do not like it work to get it changed.
