I like them all.
I think either Kyrah or Keira because they aren't as common as Keya (Khia). I would probably pick Keira.

Well, Khia sounds like Kia, and who wants to be named after an economy car?
Kyrah and Keira are, to my eye, both the same name with variant spellings. Given the popularity of Keira Knightley, I'd say spell it Keira and call her Kira.

My faves are Kyrah and Keira. Khia may be too hard to pronounce once school age comes around.

All of these names are pretty unusual but Keira is the one I like the best (though to make it spell out the way you sounded it out it would be Kiera).
