Difficult, but successful. I will own a boutique/art gallery, and it will be awesome. I may have to live on Ramen noodles, but that's okay.

People will still be people. There will probably be wars, land grabs, violent factions, and the same types of behavior we see today.

But given some of the changes in the past two centuries, I predict that globalization will expand industrialization into what we consider the "third world" and there will be a greater exchange of information and technology. There will probably be significant changes to nanotechnology and medicine, including the understanding human genes. People may have more commercial opportunities to use science for their advantage (today we have ipods, for instance, tomorrow they may be able to change their genes for eye color or grow an identical organ, etc). Electronic commerce will likely expand, and astronomy may discover more exo-planets, and even one with the presence of an atmosphere conducive to life.

Social institutions will probably be similar, if not the same. Rates of atheism and agnousticism may increase in certain parts of the world. But history is clear: Humans are selfish beings, and this is not a problem. Nothing will create a utopia, unlike the claims of some futurists.
