It's different everyday. In the morning, the news will announce what time there will be a sunrise that day and a sunset.

I'm not too sure of the time, but I'd try around 5:00 a.m. If not, try earlier/later depending on the results of the day. If you find out, let me though, because I would like to get some pretty photographs of the Pennsylvania sunrise. Especially when the leaves start falling off the trees. =]

Just before sunrise. Check your local newspaper for sunrise times (the next day) then have your lawn chair and Bloody Mary waiting 15 minutes ahead.

Invite a friend! :)

Ingredients
6 cups low-sodium tomato juice
1 cup vodka
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground celery seed
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher, stirring well. Chill. Serve over ice and add a stalk of celery.

This exact time varies with your location and the time of year. I like to start out in total darkness (about 90 mins. to 2 hours before the official sunrise time) and watch the whole spectacle slowly unfold. Check out Weather.com for your local sunrise time on any given day.

I'd say about 6 or 6:30 am. I always see some on my way to school, which is about at that time.
