yep, welcome to the world of drug dealing if you did it. Can land you in jail for as long as pot and in some cases longer these days.

Goes like this. There is illegal and there is prosecutable. The case is not illegal. It is arrestable and prosecutable though. Meaning a cop can arrest you on probable cause. The prosecutor can prosecute you. Then youwoud have to defend yourself. Neither of which are fun. I woudl suggest that if you are going to use a pill case, you keep a copy of your prescription in your wallet/purse. If you don't have the original then scan the bottle at least. If this is an ongoing prescription I would keep a minimum in and old bottle with the prescription on it. Don't travel with a quantity such as the full bottle to avoid arrest. It makes you look almost as bad. As catch 22 as that may seem. It also makes it more likely that you get stolen from and makes you look more like a dealer or gifter for others. thechurchofdave youtube comedian musician philosopher

In a word-YES. It's also dangerous. How do you know what affect those pills will have on someone else? You dont and do you want to take that chance? You're not a doctor, but if you sell those pills-you will be a drug dealer.

It certainly is.
I see people arrested for that all the time.
I really think there needs to be a Website that explains the law, what is legal and not legal.
Too many people are not even aware of what is illegal and break the law out of naivete. They don't want to be criminals, but are not aware what they are doing is illegal.

It's very illegal and very dangerous. Prescriptions are made so that they fit exactly what you need. So for example if you had a 50mg pill of something, that's just the 50mg dose and another person may need 200mg.

Are you a licensed pharmacist? If not it would be illegal. One must be licensed to sell prescription medicine.

Yes and if they suddenly become sick or die, you will be held liable. Be smart and don't sell anything prescribed to you, in the end, you'll be the one losing money and your conscience will never forgive you.

Yes it is for the reason that everyone is saying, they were prescribed for you by the studies of medicine, which have to be approved by law - not for anyone else.
