So far nobody has 'nailed it' ...most people believe it is tooth enamel. Not so!

My mistake everybody!!!!!!!!!!!

All the tooth enamel supporters are 100% correct ...and again my apologizes. Honest mistake.

I was led to believe it was the Cementum, which is the equivalent of enamel but covers the root structure of the tooth. It is in fact less strong than booth enamel and dentine.

Sorry again …all ‘You SOB’ e-mails will be humbly accepted!

Both the bones and teeth are considered hard tissues of the body, but enamal is a denser material than bone and more dense means stronger.

I was a dental ceramist for almost 20 years ...even though I was mistaken about cementum.

Sorry, I hate my life

tooth enamel is the hardest, but the strongest, most resistant to cuts and tears is the sclera of the eye(the white part)

Tooth enamel, for those people that old enough to have teeth, and young enough to still have them.

This is my help from Washington, D.C. USA.
