Depends on 2 million what.

If the what is bacteria you can make them very fast in a petri dish. If it is cars, it will take you quite a bit of time. If it is space shuttles not even your lifetime will be enough.

And if it is money, then depending on what currency you are talking about it may be harder or easier (e.g. it is harder to make 2 million euros than two million dollars).

Next time add the unit of measure. :-)
