I have a terrarium, well, orchidarium, since its got orchids.
humidity is above 70% at all times, usually around 90%. theres a nice 'pond' in it. plants, and orchid bark (fir bark) on three of the sides
I want something more.. alive in it. Suggestions? the tank is a 35 gallon hexagon tank

the pond is one inch high, six inches across. NOT big enough for a turtle. The tank is 28" tall, 24" wide, each pane of glass is 11"

Small frogs or newts might do well in that environment. Fire bellied toads are nice!

I agree with KimbeeJ...that set up would be great for Frogs...almost any type of frogs.
Fire Belly Toads are very easy to take care of. You just have to deal with crickets for them to eat.
Most other frogs will need some heat sources. You may want to put a thermometer in their and see what the temp range is. If it stays warm enough, I like dumpy tree frogs which will get along with many other frogs...like regular green tree frogs.

You can also look into Anole's. They like humidy and do not need very much heat. You will pretty much only have to worry about crickets with them aswell.

Then theres Geckos. White lined, Malisian ect. Just make sure they are tropical. But with these guys you will have to worry about lighting and heat.

There's a few options for you, if you stick to smaller reptiles, you can have a few living pretty well in that set-up.

I hope you figure it out...GOOD LUCK!!!!

you could get some awesome frogs, newts, toads...search up dart frogs.... theres some amazing ones out there. but they tend to be territioral. one per five gallons only one male per enclosure... or you could even get 2 anoles if you put a uva light on there!! what else....thats pretty much about it, since you are working with a taller than wider enclosure you want things that will climb...

I would put some treefrogs in it, maybe even some poison-arrow frogs. Newts..... a partridge in a pear tree.. Just kidding. Tree frogs are always a good thing. good luck mate
