If you're under 13 your parents should be monitoring your butt. Yeah riiiight who does that anymore? No more common sense in the world.

I looked at her other qs and answers and I've figured out she's either 13..or a dumb blonde puck bunny.

but are they as strict as the refs on those hooking calls?
(10 points for a hockey tie-in!)
its funny how these non-hockey section regulars just materialize out of nowhere to answer this question

It can be ridiculous at times. I consider it a minor miracle that I've only been reported once.
If yahoo doesn't want kids to see something that will make them cry then they should have sections that are only accessible to certain age groups; either that or allow the person asking the question to set a rating like Mature, PG 13 etc...

It's common knowledge. Kids are always on the computer....unmonitored. It's all about people's sense of humour and mood at the present time. Sometimes, they can take the sarcasm, teasing, bashing, etc. sometimes they can't.
Sounds like you're looking for sympathy from contributors in the "Hockey" section for your sometimes over-the-top answers. Unless this was meant to be a HOCKEY question?

tell me about it... say one wrong thing out of curiosity (a sex question for example), and your e-mail account is gone, your lecturers can't e-mail you, your geocities account is gone, which means your whole website is gone, lord help you if you really need that website, especially for somethin important that's due the next day or so. They send you a violation notice e-mail first though. The next time, you'll find yourself trying over 20 times just to sign in until it finally hit you that your account is history.

Really? Have you gotten something deleted? I guess I play it safe enough to not be a threat to them...

well i don't think so,because we have a lot of children here with us.and we don't want to corrupt there minds with adult stuff that shouldn't be here.not to mention the adults that don't like it also.this is clean fun for everyone.and we need to keep it that way.
