I can find charts which show stocks according to historical price performance.

I'm trying to compare them according to FUNDAMENTAL values, then plot a trend and make comparisons.

Does S&P or ValueLine or any other source offer this info?

I do have ScotTrade. I'll look for Fundamentals tab.

Hopefully I can compare multiple stocks and plot the data graphically or extract to Excel.

I use Scottrade which has a fundamentals tab. I am assuming that you do not use scottrade so I would advise you to go to yahoo finance. When you go to the yahoo finance enter the ticker symbol that you are researching. Then click on the "key Statistics" this should give you all the information you require.
Kudos on the great homework, this will yield lots of money for you in the future.

The closest I can find to what I think you're looking for is available, not as raw data, but compiled into ratings, in the Investor's Business Daily columns such as EPS. Like Nicolas Darvas, William O'Neill is a "techno-fundamentalist," meaning that he sees good fundamentals as secondary to proven price performance, and the combination is synergistic. Fundamentals in a vacuum may make you feel good, but it's the price action that enhances your bottom line.

It's easier to do it the other way around:

Choose stocks with good fundamentals (you need to develop your own minimum criteria) and then compare current charts to identify the strongest performers.

Yahoo has charts for 5 yrs and max ,
But price history should be a minor part of your decision .

Look at the key stats link for REAL issues like ,
Revenue growth and debt .
