That is a very outdated chipset with limited graphics/video capability. You can not improve on its capability with a driver update. Your best bet is on a PCI card that supports 32bit color quality.

a rapid look on the specs for the Dell confirms that it makes use of an AGP style slot. There are different issues whether. There are numerous categories of case some are SFF small style factor and can only be designed to take a "slimmed down" or "a million/2 top card". without understanding which case you have we won't be able to propose added. AGP card are previous technologies and a million/2 top AGP enjoying cards are notably much non-existent in recent times. extra importantly you have to be carefull of the potential standards. those Dells quite only have a potential grant equipped for the known config and little else. in case you pass putting in a extra powerfull card you will possibly be able to locate you prefer a extra powerfull PSU. Dell PSUs might properly be proprietry esepcially for SFF circumstances so known PSUs won't extra healthful. the comparable well-known concepts will prepare on your different pc - examine it makes use of a known top card and that the PSU is sufficient - 300W must be sufficient for a mid score pics card. Upgrading those older computers generally isn't financial i'm afraid

The intel 82810E is a chipset on your motherboard not a video card. You need to buy a video card if you want to upgrade your graphics.

That's the best you are going to get. I had the 815 Chipset in my old Gateway. I had to purchase a MX420 PCI card at that time to play some games. The best you could do is get a FX5200 PCI Card for about $60 to improve the color quality.
Look at TigerDirect.com they have one there.

I am not following. It is physically impossible to download HARDWARE. Video cards are hardware. You need to buy a new card with the specs you want and install that card on your machine.

you have intel graphic chipset and that is hardware - not software
you can download only software so unless you add new graphic
card (hardware) in yr expansion slot and accompanied software for it all you can do is go to htttp://www.intel.com and download new driver for yr graphic controler (check for drivers on intel's web site) - that might help you
