As much as you're trying to do your best, a friendly hand doesn't come to help you improve your professional life, and you begin to feel tired and disapointed.

Maybe you should try networking? Network with as many people as you can. You will make contacts this way and perhaps, find that "friendly hand" you're looking for who can help you step up or mentor you towards where and what you want to be.

Most of us invest our own time to get an education then apply for jobs .
Don't really recall anyone opening doors for me .
I presented my credentials when openings were posted ,
Then they choose among the applicants based (hopefully) on ability .

Your question though , is vague / cryptic . . .
Speak plainly ,
What exactly are you wanting people to do ?
