A very nice copy. Very Good plus. One of the earliest American military manuals of the Revolution, complete, each part having a separate title page, the whole continuously paginated. "Brunet mentions an edition of these three works published at the Elzevir press in 1671." Hildeburn. Other than this 1776 Philadelphia printing, whose issuance was stimulated by the Revolutionary War, OCLC lists only a 1707 London edition, which has a different title and contents but upon which this printing was evidently based.
