I'm not big on either one, but Leno beats O'Brien. Leno has the headlines, which I find always hillarious.
Leno can be a little silly at times, but that is kinda his job, and he constantly insists that the bandleader laugh when the bandleader doesn't think it's funny. That gets old. His hair really bugs me too. I wish he would dye it all one color, it looks like a skunk and it gives me trauma.
I don't watch a lot of O'Brien, but the times that I have seen O'Brien, it's been very dumb. He gets on my nerves with all of those weird things he does when he comes out for his monolauge. I don't find strangeness amusing. He does have a good band, so I watch just the beginning to see the band, then I change it.

Jay Leno. Conan sometimes has shows where he has no idea what he's doing. I like him too, but I think Jay's better.
