Are Severums supposed to do that? I have been feeding them. They are in a tank away from their parents. Any suggestions on how to save a few of them before I end up with one big fat fish? Thanks

All baby fish eat one another only about 2% of the fish that hatch make it. It is normal. Many times my baby fish ate one another and at first I had 1000 babies about only 20 made it.

I own a fish store in georgia and flordia. In flordia i have owned for 26 years.

And I am a very big fan for Severums

I would separate the bigger ones from the smaller ones, that way you ensure that they grow in the same group the same size

Hope that helps
Good luck
