May drive around and see if there land for sale and see what they asking. This not perfect as you not know if it will sell for that price until it sell. You could talk with a real-estate broker. Where I live many sell for around $10,000 per acre for small plots. Something like 100 acres may sell for much less, but, it still be a large sum when totaled up. Then there the real nice areas where they build high dollar homes and people only buy about one acre. It can go for $50,000.
Also, if you know of some land that sold, I think you can contact a Title Office and they tell you what it sold for. I think it a matter of public record, not sure.
