it takes alot to get me really mad, but when I find that I am I generally get over it quickly by realizing that no matter what - it simply isn't worth it. Every moment of my life is precious and once spent will never return again. Even when I have been wronged (which seems to happen alot) I figure that person must be miserable or have some problem of their own that can only be made better by bringing someone else (me) down. Therefor...why get mad? THEY are the ones with the real problem and I'm only making it worse by allowing them to succeed in making/keeping me angry. *4U!

I take deep breaths and count to 10, if that doesn't work, i can always count on my journal to listen and i always feel better after :) Or count backwards from 100 ;] But i rarely ever need to count that much
