When we spit, he gave me the key back to my house. All his stuff, his kids stuff, and his pets (cat, lizzard) are still here it has been a month. He has showed up twice and only taken things he needed. When I ask when he is moving out, he says when he saves first and last. I'm tired of his stuff being here what should I do. He does owe me money, can I sell his stuff to recoup my losses, and can he demand that I give him his stuff back at any time?

If he hasn't physically lived there in a month, you don't have to continue to act like his storage unit. Call him and tell him if his stuff isn't out by the weekend, you're going to put his stuff on the front yard and change the locks. Let him know the sheriff will be there to aid the process - they'll do that, you know? Just call them.

If he's not on the lease or title legally you can pack his stuff into boxes or bags put it on the front porch and have your lock changed. You can definitely throw him out... as far as money goes it sounds like he's a slacker and you won't be seeing it any time soon so you should cut your losses. If he whines about being thrown out tell him you need some rent then or have him buy groceries every other time cuz it's not fair for you to support him just so he can get a little money to move out.

I propose i wager you needed for weeks after the wreck up which you will possibly come again mutually yet he in no way called or something. properly it relies upon on how plenty you nonetheless like your ex. Cuz this is not honest on your cutting-edge boyfriend to nonetheless have thoughts for an ex. so in case you're gonna stay with your boyfriend determine you lose all touch with your ex. I propose you re gonna think of which you men can nonetheless be pals. whether this is not gonna be stable if he nonetheless has thoughts for you. except of direction your boyfriend trusts you sufficient to make it easier to men carry out. in basic terms think of approximately who you quite need.

I don't know about your area, but here you have to give them a dead line on when the stuff has to be out. Do it in writing, so you have prove that he recieves the notice. After that time, you can charge him rental space. If he does not pay, he does not get his stuff. You have the right to sell it to recoop your loses.
