1) The WWE needs to cut their programming schedule back to three hours weekly. I recommend the current two-hour timeslot on the USA Network they have and cut SmackDown back to a one hour show. ECW should be cancelled and those wrestlers' should be moved to Raw and SmackDown.
2) Go back to the Big Four or Five PPVs yearly. Monthly PPVs that are nothing more than expensive Raw and SmackDown shows isn't earning them any respect. It is doing the opposite, turning wrestling fans off to WWE PPVs.
3) Hire ALOT of tag-teams and a few credible Women wrestlers who are not anorexic Divas. This will go a long way in helping the WWE fill their shows with quality programming. Throw the Cruiserweight Title into this mix also. Put the belt on a real Cruiserweight wrestler and let these guys give us quality matches each week.
4) The McMahons should take at least a one year vacation from appearing on television. No fans enjoy seeing the CEO and his family on television on half the shows broadcast throughout the year.

More wrestling for one. Some of these wrestlers are capable of putting on matches that last more than 10 minutes...let them put those longer matches on.
Hire more women that can actually wrestle...those that really have no business wrestling can be made managers or valets. Plus bring in more managers to put over the wrestlers that can't do that well on the mic.
I'm OK with GM's...but let them be only on TV when there are major announcements. Or at least have a WWE Commissioner who comes on to make the really HUGE decisions.
Most importantly...keep the McMahons off TV! They need to stay in the background and run things from there.
