Almost any colors should look good on you. You would probably use mostly pinks, browns, or blues. The blue shadows will compliment your eyes and make them stand out, the pinks and browns will compliment your hair and skin. I don't prefer blush but you can use light shades of pink or natural browns. Pink lips or light brownish shades. The next time you read through a clothing catalog make sure to really study the makeup on the girls. This will give you ideas on how to apply it, but a tip from me is to use brushes for your eye shadows because this doesn't put it on too heavy.
You want to put your medium shade on your eyelid, your 'highlighter' on the upper brow lid and your darker shade to bring out the brow bone. Play with it and you'll discover a look you will like and get comfortable.
Another tip: if you make your eyes dark you want to make your lips light or vice versa. This is just a general rule for balance.

You should always do the opposite of your eye color to make it really pop so no greens or blues if you want it to pop. Browns and golds look really good and purple can be pretty and pink just kinda depends i have blue eyes and blonde hair and it didnt work for me but it does for others. For a softer look use brown eyeliner and brown mascara or the eyeliner and black mascara and for a bold look black mascara and eyeliner. For blush it depends on your skin tone : if fair light pink if tan a sunny pink if bronze or olive a dusty pink if black a red. I would also use a subtle bronzer like cliniques. and lip gloss is watever you like but it kinda follows the blush pattern....i love sally hansen lip inflation extreme it smells great!

I have blonde hair and blue eyes. I tried the new Almay "Play up the Blues" collection and love the results. It's basically a medium brown eyeliner, copper on lid, denim blue in crease of eye and a light kind of pale blue for browbone. I don't usually use the pale blue though. And last of all a brown mascara.

ok use a pale pink blush, maybe a peachish color. maybelline makes a great one called matte mousse blush here's the site:
http://www.maybelline.com/Product/Face/Blush/dream-mousse-blush.htm
gray eye shadows look awesome with blue eyes, i know it doesn't sound like a pretty color but it really is. it makes ur blue eyes pop and makes them look even bluer. revlon makes an awesome one, get the sultry smoke shades. here's their website:
http://www.revlon.com/ProductCatalog/ProductDetails.aspx?CategoryID=3&SubCategoryID=10&ProductID=52
and covergirl makes a mascara called volume eaxact that seperates ur eyelashes and makes them really long and thick. you should get it in black brown, or if ur eyelashes r dark get it in black.
http://www.covergirl.com/products/product.jsp?productId=volumeexact_mascara
all the products i've shown u are very cheap and trustworthy brands. i think the mascara is 7 dollars, the eye shadow 4 kit thing is 6 dollars, and the blush is 7 dollars too!
good luck!

you should go for a really natural look. like some light browns or even olive-colored eyeshadow. & go for a subtle petal pink blush just to give it that natural rosey cheeks. use black eyeliner and mascara just bring out your blue eyes even more.

it depends on if you are a fall or warm skin tone. Bluish undertones are fall, red undertones are warm.
I would stick with neutrals.
I have blonde hair with aqua green eyes. I have warm undertones..I wear all neutral colors, like a light bronzing powder for cheeks, nude on lips with a nude gloss, and brown (light brown to darker brown depending on time of day) with a dark eyeliner on my upper lid. If your eyebrows are blonde you may want to lightly shade them in with an eyebrow pencil (go with your hair growth and don't overdo it) an ashe blonde pencil should do. At night you may want to do something more dramatic if so use a pallete that enhances blue eyes, they have them in the stores. blue or navy, or even some pinks and mauves...line with a black liner and don't forget mascare.
