Me and my friend just joined the speech team and we are doing a comedy duet. The duet we are doing is called Simply Ernest: its about to british women that start out saying there going to be the best of friends and then find out there engaged to the same man and then that he doesnt exist and they are like I hate you but they are really proper lol. Anyways I used to have a really good accent but I havent practised in forever any tips on memorizing my lines and perfecting my accent?

If you just say the words the way they are written following the punctuation as a guide, you will have enough British dialect. It is better to just do the scene accurately than to louse it all up by a terrible, inconsistent dialect. Forget the accent, it is such a great scene, it doesn't need it. Just remember how artificial and superficial the two girls are. You might read the whole play, The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde.

One idea is to listen to audiobooks narrated by English actress or to watch British TV series (like Keeping up Appearances). Alternatively, why don't you try copying actors or anchors featured on podcasts or news broadcasts from the BBC?
