$27.9 ?
Is that just a mobile in a rental park ?
The price suggests there is No land included or it is a shack on a .05 acre parcel .

I'd give you what you ask. Not doing so will only devalue the price of my new home, but the price of all the homes in my neighborhood, creating that downward spiral you fear.
