All religious hoo-ha aside, "selling your soul to the devil" is nothing more than a figure of speech. It means compromising your moral values and personal integrity for the sake of obtaining some temporary benefit. If you want to know what that means, simply go into big business or politics.

Well, from a Christian viewpoint you would simply have to sin without repentance, and the deal would be done - if you accept the pleasures of premarital or homosexual sex, drugs, materialism etc, then those are what you get in exchange for your soul, but you will be with the devil for eternity, burning in pits of fire etc etc etc.
From a Theistic Satanist point of view, you would have to get to know Him, invoking Him in the correct manner and becoming his servant, offering your soul and worshipping him. Theistic Satanists believe that Satan is a much nicer bloke than the Christian God, having killed 10 people in the Bible while God wiped out billions. By praying to him and performing rituals to please him, they will get the same joy in life that is prommised by Christianity, and will have to give him their soul, just like in Christianity.
