You can help you by asking your parents to do more chores so you can earn more $$$ .
Or make up a flyer of things you are willing to do like walk dogs or yard clean up or whatever ,
Put your phone number & rates on it .
Have your parents proof read it ,
Then hand it out to your neighbors .

Try earning the rest...lawn mowing, raking leaves, snow shoveling, or whatever...if you want it bad enough, try 'earning' it...you will appreciate it more too.
