I would call it to the attention of the building superintendent.

There is no "gentle" way to take down a wasp's nest.

I don't think the Humane Society is equipped to handle a wasp's nest.

Best advice is to steer clear of it, wasps can deliver nasty bites.

If it's not hurting anyone or anything you can leave it. If it's a problem then buy some spray and put an end to it.

take like some cleaner spray (windex, fabreeze ) or any spay type thing and spray it at there nest and quickly run inside.
keep doing so and the toxic posin crap should kill them

he humane society wont take them/ or kill them

Hell no!!! You have to kill them!!! Try to touch the nest and you will get stung.

at night get your parents to get a flame thrower and burn the damm nest wasps and all....cuz at night all the wasps will be inthe nest.Thats wat me and my friend do!
