We figure that anything could happen to us, any time, so we are packing in as many great experiences together as we can . (Have only been together for 4 years, so there is a lot of catching up to do in the "making memories" department). We are planning a trip every year for the forseeable future. Last year it was two months in Europe, this year its a tour of Egypt, and next year will be a month in China. Being in Australia, we have to fly everywhere, but when we get to Egypt next month we are doing a cruise down the Nile, which promises to be wonderful.
I used to work in a stroke rehabilitation unit, and I've lost count of the number of people who'd say, "we always meant to travel...but we thought it could wait. Now we'll never be able to go". How right they were. That's why my philosophy is "do it now".

Now a camper. Did the flying. Exploring the mainland is way kool. Cruising I hope to go back to at home in Hawaii. My Dad and friends boats and scuba diving, fishing and all my fav's. Driving? Did that FL to IN this summer.
Eureka CA to Lake Wales FA as a PAX. Done already.
Next I want dirt, red preferably back home. Not too interested in a cruise ship. For some reason heights frighten me and add a party, nope. State parks were awesome, especially in Georgia. Thanks.

Personally I like the train. If you have ever taken a train across country you know what I mean. You don't have to do anything but sit in the lounge car and watch the world go by with almost no industrial structures in sight. I took the "Coastal Starlight" from Los Angeles to middle Oregon, as I sat there at sunset from the dinner car and watched the dolphins jump out of the water near San Louis Obisbo................I thought wow, it doesn't get any better than this.

I prefer to drive. I do fly places but, I love the change of scenery and chatting with people along the way.

I also enjoy the fact that no matter where I go, I can always leave and go elsewhere, If I chose too!

I also love camping! As I have gotten older, I have gone from a tent to a cabin! lol So, I enjoy quiet cabins, surrounded by the woods and silence!

I travel every chance I get. I go on cruises, I drive, and I fly when I absolutely have to. Had a trip to Florida last Jan. with a girlfriend to meet up with two more girlfriends. Had to fly Las Vegas to Tampa. We are going on a cruise in Nov., but can drive to the port. Next year we will all meet up in Santa Fe, NM. My friend and I will drive and our two other friends will fly in to meet us. Obviously we all like traveling.

YEP! I travel 2-3 times a year...In the late summer I either cruise or fly and stay to a Caribbean island or two.

I travel to Huntsville, Alabama to visit my best friend and her husband.

AND I go to either NY or Philly to see friends and/or just shop and catch a play

No we do not travel anywhere anymore, hubby is really ill and He and I are afraid of going too far away from his medical doctors. Are kids all live out of state and they now come to us instead of us going there.I have never taken a cruise and always wanted to,but like so many hopes and dreams they are never to be. I hope you get to do things that you wanted to do, we never had the money when we were younger and now its too late.

Yes. I'm a flier. Our eldest daughter is a flight attendant with a major airline, so we get to fly space-available for free.

Truthfully, I have only been to disaster affected regions and then I fly. I would rather go on a cruise though!
