For example, practicing your throwing too much (not physically a power throw, just one for accuracy) in football, or practicing catching? How much can you practice these skills before you are "overloading" your brain- actually the question should be, can you even do that? I mean overload your brain with technical skills? I know there's such a thing as physical overtraining, but I'm not sure about technical overtraining- I've heard Bruce Lee used to practice different techniques everywhere he would go, not sure if that would apply here.

I'm not sure you can technical over train yourself. Look at Peyton Manning, he's great because he's so technical.
I guess it depends if your brain can handle all the information and it still enhances your performance.
