My dad always talked about an English Cricketer Ted Dexter who played in the 60's. Dad thought he was a very fine, gentlemanly cricketer. Is he still alive?

Ted Dexter is still alive. He is crossed 72 hyears of age. He had plahyed 62 tests for England and scored 4502 runs with 9 centuries and 27 half centuries. His cricket career was virtually ended by a bizarre accident in 1965.

I think his better than Bishan Singh Bedi.
