I lost 10 pounds in the last month. My clothes don't fit me and if you see me you would be able to tell that I don't have 10 pounds to loose. My bra's don't even fit right anymore! I'm worried I'm not starving myself nor am I bulimic. What can I do to gain my weight back? I don't want to gain 30 pounds I just want to go back to where my clothes fit! :(

how old are you
do you have any change in bowel habit
are you thirsty
is your appetite increased

You need to see your doctor for proper assessment.

You could have diabetes or an overactive thyroid gland.

There are also many other conditions t be excluded.

Oh dear, I would love to have have to gain weight instead of loose it. Are you stressing? That could be why your loosing if you havent changed your eating habits. Eat carbs, but healthy ones like wheat pasta. Also eat cheese, it has healthy fat. Olive oil and avacados do too. Thats the best way I think besides pigging out at fast food places everyday which you shouldnt do.

calories in =weight on. You should be eating calorie dense foods like cheese. Not too much candy but a bit especially of chocolate would be good. Nuts are high in protene and calories, eat lots of little snacks all day rather than trying to stuff yourself at one meal.

Stress can cause unwanted weight loss. If you are in good health and not stressed, Go see a doctor. There may be a simple explanation. Good Luck

yeah stress or not eating enough can obviously make u lose weight but see a doctor just to be sure all is well if its nothing the best way to put on weight is carbs, protein and dairy

I would eat a high protein diet. Shakes are great, add fruit and whole milk. Lifting weights can build muscle and it makes me hungry.

OH YOU POOR THING. I WISH I HAD THAT PROBLEM: IF I SMELL FOOD I GAIN WEIGHT. YOU PROBABLY HAVE AN OVER ACTIVE THYROID. THAT IS TREATABLE. DON'T WORRY YOU LL BE OK
