I have two small children that I would like to stay home with. But due to financial debt I can't and have to work to help my husband so we can afford to buy home soon, hopefully.

I'd like to find one too but there aren't any. Either they want money up front or they are collecting personal info. The handful of legit call center companies have long waiting lists and if you do get to the top of the list, you won't get enough assignments to make any money.
Instead start your own business. Look to what you know -- babysit, sew, cater, music lessons ....
