the front mount is almost always the cause. Honda calls this part a "torque rod" and the upper portion breaks on the legs that come out from the center to the outer part of the mount.

threre are only two bolts that hold the mount in. you can remove the top bolt and twist the mount to look at the rubber bushing portion of the mount. Its amost certainly broken ona vehicle of that age.

its not difficult at all to replace the mount. If you need a picture of the procedure, send me your email address so that I can email you a pdf file. Yahoo answers will not allow the attachment of a picture to an answer.

hope that helps

Could be idle air control valve IACV. Remove it, clean it with carburetor cleaner - DO NOT clean electrical part. You may need to adjust it 1/8 turn - 1/4 turn clockwise using a special tool with a Pentagon head ( not hex head). I have same car with same problem, after I did all above car run fine. Oh IACV is locate in front of fuel injection system around PCV valve have two small cooling hoses and one electrical connect to it. Tune-up and idle speed may be set too low, possibility for the motor mounts, have them checked when you do the tune-up.
