For example why do you need to be bubbly to do a behind the scenes office job? Like I would have the grades for the job but because I'm not bubbly they would turn me down... Hmm... So you can be thick and bubbly and you would get the job but if you are serious and just wnat to get paid you will get turned down. Don't make sense.

I like to have a joke but being bubbly is asking too much.

Of course employers want bubbly people. Who wants to work with dullards and crabs?

I think the issue is that you can teach someone how to do the job, but you can't teach them to fit into the existing team at the office. I believe they are looking for someone that is a good fit to the rest of the employees. It's hard to change a personality.

It is probably because they don't want to waste your time either. An introvert is likely not a good fit. Don't feel bad. I'm not a bubbly person either.

they dont want someone to bring down the momentum of the rest of the team
