Yess that would be really cute and a good color for a blonde!
Don't over accesorize, though. Either do earrings or a necklace, but not both :]
And wear strappy heels, but don't spend too much on them, you won't be wearing them long anways :]

Purple is really in this season.. but for tanned skin I think the champagne color would look the best

I dont really like it.... I think its more casual than prom style... Go for a pritterier dress thats a little longer and that has a ribbon around the waist.
