Okay..so I have never had sex and I don't plan on having it til I'm married..BUT:
I was reading a book that said if you turn on the water in the bath tub and let it run into you it will feel like you are having sex. I tried it and I DEFINATELY felt something..
and my friend lent me a romance novel with descriptive sex scenes..and I got almost horny when i was reading it..I took a back massager that vibrates and rubbed it around my ya' know..and it feels good ...so I'm not having sex but is it possible that the things i am doing are what you feel when having sex? what's up? what am i feeling?

it's perfectly normal and can i just say the person that said you shouldn't do this should not be allowed to go on this site because it's part of growing up. And it is very good that you want to learn about yourself because sex is going to be a big part of your life. I really respect your decision about marriage before sex. What you are feeling is being turned on and if you keep on doing that you will start feeling wet down there which is just lubrication for when you will actually have sex. If you keep on going you will reach an orgasm and i can't really explain how that feels. But it's good

Continue to learn and explore your body. I think women who become comfortable with their bodies in their youth will have better sex lives when they get older. I'm a male in my 20's and I've learned how to masturbate pretty well. I am no longer ashamed of this although I was once made to think it is a shameful act. Learning about yourself and how you work as an animal is not shameful, it is natural. As a man, I decide when to masturbate because the longer I go without orgasm the stronger and more aggressive I become. Being strong and aggressive comes in handy but it comes along with being impatient and irritable so it's a difficult balance.

It's kind of like practice for the main event. the end result, when the feeling gets as good as it can get, feels the same with masturbation as it does with sex.

Why sex is a bigger deal is that you find someone you care about, and make them feel that good as a gift, to show how much you love them. Masturbation is about you, sex is about the other person, if that makes sense.

If you need any other questions answered, please ask. This stuff is hard to figure out all on your own, BELIEVE me.

You are feeling something physical that is like having sex, but making love is more than just the sensation you are feeling. When you are in love and you make love to someone then it is a special feeling that you will only feel in that situation. It is not just physical, it is also emotional and is very special. So, wait until you are in love with someone before you go there...and then you will understand what making love is all about.

You are somewhat maturbating. All the things that you have done feels good because they stimulate your you know what.. Your horomones are raging and you feel all these wonderful sensations. Dont be embarrased or anything you can continue if you like, this help control any urges that you might have that might make you give into sex.

what you are doing is stimulating your clitoris, and that is what leads to orgasm. you have not had one yet, or you would know for sure. sex leads to orgasm also (or, rather, it is supposed to!) what you are doing is ok, and normal. it's called masturbating.
