On their foreheads or cheeks to identify them to children?
I think that is the minimum of what should be done!

You can comb hair over your forehead,so I'd vote for the nose. Really hard to cover a nose. I dont have a problem with that at all. There has to be a better way to identify these monsters than to put them on a list that isnt available to a lot of people. I want to know where they are at all times. This whole thing has made us more aware of our surroundings,but now I find myself looking at everyone suspiciously whenever I go out with the children.

Hell yes! Their forehead should just say plain and simple "I'M A CONVICTED CHILD MOLESTER" and they should also be forced to drive with license plates stating they're child molesters and have signs in their yards saying "CHILD MOLESTER LIVES HERE" They dont deserve to have any rights. Better yet, we need to just ship them all off to their own private island so they have no contact with anyone but other molesters. Castration would be good too but I really dont think it would work, the sickos would find other ways to harm children.

Putting on my attorney's hat, I think such a measure would be cruel and unusual, in violation of the US Constitution.
As it is, convicted child molesters are prohibited from being within a certain proximity of schools, day care centers, and other areas where children congregate.
I don't think a tattoo is going to prevent a sicko from acting out with a child.

It would certainly be a deterrent.....every little bit helps keep the children safe.
But, IMHO, cheaters are hardly the same as child rapists. I am not even sure how someone put that together.

Good idea! Also they and death row inmates should be used for medical research instead of innocent animals.

I would have to say no for two reasons;
First of all, such markings would make them targets for other more violent criminals to attack and/or kill them.
The second reason would be that there is make-up designed to cover dark blemishes that these people could use.
