I was a mummy until about 3 months ago, now my nearly 6yr old calls me mum.
It's a bit pathetic really but I was quite upset, my little boy is growing up!

I am a Mom and Mum
I have been a Mama when my kids were younger
And on occasion with my 5 year old daughter been cheeky will say, I heard u, Mother?
Im dreading her teens!

When I was little my mother was mam. Growing up she became mum, and later still mother.
I was mummy and now I'm mum. I hope I never get called mother! I don't like it

Mam most of the time, except when they want extra cash, a lift or designer clothes, then I become, in a sweet voice. mammy! Laughable whe they are over 6 ft lads!

I call my mom...Mom, momma, mama, and ma...it depends on what it is I'm calling for...lol
I'm sure that when I was little it was mommy! But may dad is still daddy! I'm 21!

I get called Mum or Mumsy! All my kids are grown up now and I only get called 'mummy' when they are trying to get round me for something!
It is more likely that I hear 'Nanny' or 'Nan' these days from the grandchildren.
