.I would go to the dermatologist it may be nerves coming out as a scab which you keep pinging at it and don't know it, i pick my arm while I'm watching TV or alone never in public, allergy to something you use for your nose or it may be you might,and I just say MIGHT ,have a more serious infection that wont heal until you get an antibiotic, they even have me wearing plastic gloves without powder on the inside in case I pick subconsciously. Good luck get it checked!

I have had that before, but not nearly as long as 30 years. The longest it every lasts is one week. Have you had that checked out by a doctor.
