If you like Panda Express, you might like Uncle Fu's in the Rice Village (near Rice U.) There are also a couple of Chinese buffets called Lucky or Lucky's (I think take out is available). Some Fiesta supermarkets have Chinese takeout as well (just call the one nearest you). Sorry, no info about north Houston.

You must live in Iowa where the only panda express is at the coralridge mall... But here in California there are all over, But I did live in Iowa for the most part of 2010 and all of 2011.. Soo thank you sir

If you have an HEB near you with a Chinese Buffet, it's usually pretty good and priced well also. Try the Crabmet Ragoon.
