What events were in the news(anytime during your lifetime or others that you know of in say the past) that local teens or adults played a huge or a small part in to scare others around them and why?)
There are always some crazy stories about pranks or "stuff" happening in the neighborhoods, in the news, if not now, but, also in the past history of the city or town that people dwell in...They are rather interesting to read!
Have you ever read any of the "old" archives at all in the local libraries..and what types of things did you read about...and were they interesting to learn of?

i dont kno if it was a joke or not but they had it on the news when some ppl burned a cross on an african americans family's lawn i think it was pretty rascist

A couple guys (I think they were early 20's) pushed a sleeping homeless woman into the river as a "joke" and the woman drowned.
