Its true. America is facing world isolation.
But again, most people will not believe it from the U.S so I will say what everyone wants to say and hear:

Don't believe every website you read. It this is true then why is there an immigration problem. Do you see Muslims flocking to Iran to make a new life or South American people flocking to Cuba 'cause it has free medical. Only the leftist elites hate America.
