Do you think Wisconsin should allow concealed carry? If it did then permits holders would be allowed to carry in approximately 30 other states around the country through reciprocity agreements. http://evilmandingo.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?p=2#2

I can see absolutely no justification for any state NOT having "shall issue" concealed carry laws. The most fundamental right of any human being is to defend his own life and denying people the tools to do that is unconscionable.

If I had it my way, carrying a copy of the Second Amendment would be enough validation to carry concealed weapons. That said, I also believe that the misuse of weapons should be punished to the extreme, without discrimination.

So my answer is, yes. Concealed carry laws have been proven to decrease crime rates and Wisconsin would be a safer State with background-check-approved people having immediate access to deadly force.
