It is too early to say, but using the past 2 weeks of the season statisically, the pats have a much better defense than the colts and Tom brady has been putting up bigger numbers than Peyton Manning. Not to mention the pats will be looking for blood after their 2nd half defensive meltdown at the AFC championship last year. Right now, I would say the pats will kill em, but things could certainly change between now and Nov 4th

I think that the Colts Pats will be the best game of the year. Pats advantage is they are new on offense where as the same Colts O has played the Pats D many times. Lets see Manning out coach Bilicheat. I am a dolphins fan and would love nothing more than the Colts to win.

Definitely is the game everyone's looking to see, now that the Chargers didn't show up in NE. Personally I think the Colts will win the game in Indy because of their Defense. Have you noticed that a lot of their 'losses' from last years defense, are actually gone because they stink (yeah i'm talking to you Jason David). The defense is improved a lot and I think it will be one hell of a game, but the Colts will probably win this time, in the playoffs though? That's another question.

Yes they will. Manning is unstoppable and the defense is much better than in years past. Brady will also be solid too, but I give a slight to Manning due to it being in Indy.

Yeah...The Colts will go down just like the Chargers...Big...The offseason was specifically to prep for the Colts and Chargers...Well, given what they did to the Chargers, I think its safe to say they are ready for the Colts...
