I've been banking with Wells Fargo for 7 years. No major issues with them so far.

I'm banking with Compass Banking, love this bank....
I withdrawal money from account alot when traveling, if I'm being charge with ATM Fee's, you keep the recpeict and take it back to you bank and will refund your money back into your accout withing 7 business days..
There is no free checking, I usually issue the check online and the bank will issue the check to them for free...easy and simple....

I have accout with Citi, WUWA, EmgrantDIrect.com, and ING.com.....I usually put money in these acconut and dont touch them incase emergency etc....i let the interest built up

Go with the one that has branches most convenient to your home and work.

Most large banks are pretty much the same.
