Capital One Any one else have trouble with them?

I have just hung up from trying to get a auto title from this bunch of retards that was payed off over
two months ago.I was told today the title was mailed Sept 20. I told this nut that I was told it was mailed Aug 23.Then he backs up. It comes down to they finely came clean that they mailed it to the wrong address.Also my bank account was over dipped over 2600 dollars when I payed it off. That I got back after a month and a half.Now the retards tell me it is up to me to apply for another title.
When I first got this loan about 30 months ago
they lied about the interest so I canceled the credit card I had with them. So they turn around eighteen months later and send me a bill for a 20 dollar annual fee I called and told them I had not had that account for over a year and a half so I thought that was the end of that till my credit score went down and the nuts had reported it to the credit rating company's.
All I can say is stay away from them.

They're just living up to that "crap one" nickname.

Always sent a letter to close a credit card account and request written confirmation that the account is closed. It always comes back to haunt you.

As to your title, it normally takes 6 to 8 weeks to process the lein release and other paperwork and send you the title. But considering who you are dealing with, you may very well have to apply for another title. Give it another month.

Might be a good idea to send them a certified, return receipt letter requesting your title, indicating that you can't get a straight answer via phone.

Back in May I requested that they send me a new credit card (I cut the old one up). So after all the security questions, we get to the option of how long it will take for them to ship it to me. I asked for the regular shipping which should have took 5 business day, but I never got my card. I gave up on it until August when I called to ask about it and it turns out they never sent it. You'd think they would want to be making money off me using my credit card. Most of the time I cannot understand anything their "customer service" people are saying either.
