okay when i get into da internet its all blank...i could see words and everything but i cant see backgrounds or layouts and things like dat....plus i cant see my own screensaver...wat do i do?

In a lot of cases, you may have to "put up with it"...I'm studying this issue for my websites right now. Quite a few webmasters aren't considerate enough to make their websites and backgrounds easy for EVERYONE to see, and so some folks may end up not seeing them.
Sometimes you may have some luck right-clicking your screen and clicking Properties and then, under Display Properties, pick Settings, and play with either of those two items (Resolution or Color Settings). But just make one careful change at a time. And remember, first, where you were! (Like I forgot to do!) So's you can go back, if it doesn't work...Then make A CHANGE. If it gets better, but not quite right, make another. Like, maybe, change a little color, then try that, then change the resolution...
