(I would love to own the older "Trouble" games...I loved the board design!! I grew up on the older version!)

What about you,and what intrigues you about the ones that you like and why?
Extra questions...if you want to answer all of them, that is great...or pick a few and answer, that is fine as well!
Do you happen to have any older board games and which ones , if so?
My mother has hers..one of them is one that we kids would play it is called "Mr. Bug goes to Town."
I think it is a great game...nothing too fancy, but, it is fun!!

And,last..have you ever made a game or game pieces, and if you have what was/is the game? Did it work really well?
and if you could make up some board games, what type of game would you love to make and why?
also, game pieces...anybody collect or love to make and what are the themes for the game pieces and games and what pieces do you just like to either collect or make, for a hobby?

thanks alot!!

My grandma had a lot of fun board games:
Prize Property
The Inventors
Which Witch
Worm Wrestle
Go For Broke
amongst others - They'd be fun to have for nostalgia and memories

As far as games I would like to make - something along the lines of Quarto (or any of the 'Gigamic' games) they are fun, easy to learn, quick to play, hard to master. I also like a lot of the games by Reiner Knizia (such as Loco)

if there's a board game I'd like to have it would be a medium size wooden (most of the time it's mahogany) chess set or a go/reversi/five stones board (which has black and white chips). it's fun to look at and to play. kinda serious too. why? chess has virtually unlimited game play. while go/reversi/five stones gives me a feeling I'm playing chess with a samurai. ^_^

i'd love to have all the life games. i swear they have changed the rules - i remember getting money at the end for every kid you had...now you don't. also the people on the box change to show the current fashion styles, and the jobs change - obviously the ones from the 80's don't have "web designer" as a job. i'd love to see how the game has changed.
