I felt my best last night and have a small dime size lump there close to the nipple, is this something caused by pregnancy (24weeks) or should I have it checked by the doctor?

My mother and grandmother both had cyst in their best before.

I had one and totally freaked during my first pregnancy. Just have the doc check it out. Usually, its just fatty tissue that deposits all in one place. Its totally fine if it is kind of moveable. Or seems to be somewhat floating. Just have them check it out. But they are super normal in pregnancy.

Always have it checked out.

My mom died of breast cancer and I have had to have 2 lumps removed so far, both benign thank god.

Better to be safe than sorry especially since you will have a little ones that needs you to be here for a long time. Early detection saves a lot of lives.

It may be an enlarged milk duct, but get to the doc, just in case it is something else. When it comes to pregnancy or Anything new with your breasts, it isn't worth guessing. There is no price tag on your peace of mind. Go.

Have it checked just in case. It's probably nothing serious, but you can never be too safe.
