i work mornings and even when i get a good nights sleep i am always nodding off at work. what can i eat/drink/do that'll help??!!! please answer fast!!

You might think you are getting a good nights sleep, but maybe you are only resting. You probably need to go to bed earlier than you are until you can start staying awake. If you are not eating a good diet, this can also make you tired. Sugar, when it wears off, will make you sleepy, so try not to eat things that have alot of carbs in them.

An apple will wake you up better than a cup of coffee. You also might have a vitamin deficiency. Try some vitamin b, broad spectrum. It is absolutely awesome.

Sounds like you might be on coffee over load. Try skipping the coffee on the weekends. It'll make it more potent during the work week.
