I've been back to my old eating habits today. I had a large ham salad in the town then I came home and had a smallish spag bol ... followed by a home made (by me) blackberry (freshly picked ... by me) and apple pie and custard .... followed by a second helping of blackberry and apple (and by helping, I mean a quarter) pie without the custard. To top it all off, I've just had a nuked spotty d*ick and custard.

Guess who won't be losing any weight today? Sister dear's staying and she loves my puddings. I'm going to start again next week after she goes home.

1 Pint of milk
3 Ring Doughnutswith icing sugar
2 Slices of carved ham on the bone
2 Slices of bacon medallion
1 Apple Lattice
2 Soda Farls
8 Cans of Lager
Apprximately 15/16 mugs of Coffee
2 bottles of Spring water
and a few sweets

I had lasagna for dinner, fairly normal. Something annoying though - I had a cornish pasty and Monster Munch for lunch. Realising my mistake, I popped out and bought a banana and a small bottle of milk; however, it proved to be futile as I undeservedly got heartburn anyway. Oh, and I also went on a long walk with my dog, and adopted a Zimbabwean boy (scrap the latter, I'm just trying to put in to perspective how undeserved this heartburn was). The battle commences again tomorrow, when I have the fact that I'm free to eat what I want when I want against me. On the plus side, there's nothing on TV that promotes gratuitous gluttony. Rugby? Piss.

2 large mugs of coffee
cheese sandwich

chocolate biscuit

Home
2 packs of crips
3 cans of cider
salmon with butter and herbs
with brown bread and more butter
asparagus good but then decided to wrap it in parma ham
nuts
chocolates

haven't gone to bed yet so there could be more cider to add and extra snacks

Come Monday my guilt will have got the better of me again and I will be eating salads all week.

Two weetabix and blackberries for brekie, chicken salad and fruit for lunch and salmon, few spuds and veg for tea followed by fresh fruit salad. A little bit of what you fancy does you good, you have done so well on your diet so far and today was a reward to yourself, I've lost a lot of weight myself this year but have my reward days just to keep an hand in so as to speak, you'll be fine and good luck with your weight loss.

A banana and some grapes at brekky time then a couple of bags of crisps. Then for tea I had a huge jacket spud with homemade chilli - it was yummy!! Oh, then I had some Galaxy chocolate! I wont be losing weight either!!

Im on a diet too so naturally i had a cream cheese and bacon bagel followed later by a curry, naan, bahji, spicy chicken and a few bulmers, Cant understand why i havent lost any weight yet either....

I am 14 5'4 AND 110 LBS.......I had a bowl of pops( the actual serving size) a piece of Dominos pizza(cheese; and plotted off the grease)....little cup of fruited jello....little bit of salad......carton of fat free milk...and an apple thats it but im going to have soup for dinner tonight

Life would be too miserable if you didn't give in now and then. Since you mentioned it a few days ago I was wondering if you and your sister were having a nice time together. I feel more at ease with my youngest Sister than with anyone else .

mmmm...blackberry and apple pie?? that sounds delicious. i've had chex muddy buddies - that i made myself - with milk. also had some tortilla chips with cottage cheese a little later. and now i'm having some orange juice. i should probably have at least one whole meal today, huh? i seem only to snack these days.
